Zen & the Asteroid had 2 screenings at the Santa Fe Film Festival. First screening at 9am drew about 30 people, and they ate all the donuts we brought. The second screening at 1:30 on Saturday packed the house, with about 120 folks.
Response from the crowd was very good, with lots of laughing and questions at the end. People responded well to the New Mexico scenery, to the cheesy jokes, and to the fantastic music score.
I also did a web interview, that will be posted here soon.
The protest by the F.F.A.A.T. organization (Fairness for Androids and Trolls) seemed to backfire on that group, as it only encouraged more folks to attend
Finally, the cast and crew had a great time and later that night, much merryment was had.
Thanks to the SFFF directors and volunteers. <!--7:28 PM-->
